The whole process was great but the presentation was the best part, it was really good and it gave me a good feeling about the whole thing. I was most satisfied with the overall courtesy and timeliness of the people and with the jets in my Kohler walk-in bath.

I was getting older and more unsteady on my feet. I didn't want to fall and I thought that surrounded by a tub, of being able to get in and out, was what I needed. Kohler is a reliable company and first of all, my mind was thinking, “If I got this bathtub, it wouldn't cost any more than two or three months in a nursing home, which I could avoid if I didn't fall."

Ever since my wife broke her leg last year she hesitated to use the old tub. Now, she feels very safe using the new walk in with all of the features. She has no problem using the new tub. She is not afraid of falling.

I was most satisfied with KOHLER Walk-in Bath's installers. The installers were very cooperative, friendly, very professional, and they went above and beyond to get the tub in.

It looks wonderful and never gets cold. The handshower part has changed so much for me because I was able to take care of myself! Even my friends were so impressed with how it looked when they came over to look at it.
